qemu ( qcow2 ) discard in lvm ( reverting Thin lvm )

Hi!
i installed proxmox 5.3-8 ,
i follow this for reverting thin lvm to lvm and to have the old behaviuor ( Proxmox 4.2 )

My question is, with the old behaviuor for storages ( Proxmox 4.2 ) i can use the option Discard for the virtual hard disk ( with qemu qcow2 and lvm ) ?

You can always use discard.
If the storage does not support it, discard will be ignored.

i'm testing this setup, is working fine,

but today i got this error, while i was doing a backup by nfs ( i was deleting big files ( TB ) in the nfs at same time too, for to do a test.
on the virtual machine :

kernel: JBD2: Detected IO errors while flushing file data on dm-2-8

I did fsck but my file system is ok ( clean ).

i checked the smart an the hds are ok.

update:
still testing backups by nfs, getting in Read Only a virtual hard disk:

i will change the virtual bus/device from sata to VirtIO Block and test it
