I have restarted the pvestad service and the problem still exists
root@Nuc:~# ps aux |grep '[p]vestatd'
root 1297 0.2 0.5 269576 86420 ?Ss 17:52 0:00 pvestatd

The red area in the picture seems abnormal. Who can help me analyze the reason? Thank you

Hi,

this log just tells you that the daemon took more than 5 seconds to update the status in the cluster. This is purely informational. The "abnormal" area is just there because pvestatd will collect information on lvm storage which in turn might cause vgs to be run.

The long time needed to carry out the update might be due to slow storage, you can also check out this old thread about the same topic [1].
