pvesr status hanging after upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1

Is there anything more I can do to help debug this issue? Logfiles I can provide etc.?

Upgraded to pve-manager/5.1-41/0b958203 (running kernel: 4.13.13-2-pve), and this is still an issue for me. Again, happy to do any debugging required to help assist with resolving this (fairly major) problem.
