PVEproxy Spiceproxy same log file

Hi,

I don't know it is good or not, but the spiceproxy and pveproxy write same log file.
But the logrotate doesn't send HUP to spiceproxy process.

pve-manager/3.4-1/3f2d890e (running kernel: 2.6.32-37-pve)
