pveceph mon create
monmaptool: ../nptl/pthread_mutex_lock.c:81: __pthread_mutex_lock: Assertion `mutex->__data.__owner == 0' failed.

Haven't seen this error before, does anyone happen to know the solution?


I am unsure if it's related or unrelated, but I am also almost unable to use the GUI. Immediately after logging in, I am presented with:

permission denied - invalid PVE ticket (401)

and asked to login again. I've synced my network to public ntp with chrony, emptied caches and tried different browsers.

Are these connected?
What is a path forward?
