The version of pve is 8.2.2.
I executed the apt upgrade, and then I reboot the machine.
SSH and WebUI also can't be used.
Anyone can help? Please.

1. Never use apt upgrade, always use apt full-upgrade or apt dist-upgrade, like it tells in the documentation [1] + what it does through the GUI, as without it, it might/will break dependencies.
2. Looks like a lot of things are not starting properly because they are waiting for other things (which might be things like drives and the like, not really clear from just this screenshot).

First off, did you already have VM's/Containers installed, and if so, do you have backups of them?
If no vm's / containers (that you mind losing), and you only "just" installed the server, it might be quicker/easier/safer to just start fresh.
If you do have things set up and you don't have backups of them, we'll have to see if we can get it somewhat working again for you to backup things and then either continue as-is, or to wipe and begin fresh and then install the VM's/Containers back.
Can you at least log in through the console?

I can't log in through the console.
But l just installed the server. So I might start fresh.
Thank you so much. ;)

No problem, hope the new install (and (dist-)upgrade ;) ) works better for you, and it's a nice learning experience, a mistake you hopefully only make once and for now without consequences.

Since the (current) issues is resolved, you might want to change the first posts's flair/tag to [solved] by editing the first post.
