pve7to8 not present

Hello all,
I want to update my PVE 7.4-3 to Version 8, but apparently the srcript "pve7to8" is not present.
I have run "apt-get update" and "apt-get upgrade" with the following result:
The following packages have been kept back:
pve-kernel-5.15 pve-manager
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.

I have the same need: upgrade my PVE 7.4-3 to Version 8, and "pve7to8" is not present. I ran apt dist-upgrade and got the following message:
root@pve:/etc/apt/sources.list.d# apt dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

I just can obtain any upgrade package. BTW I did changed the sources.list for pve-no-subscription. With the original enterprise package, I've been struggling with bad credentials. Someone please tell me I have to subscribe in order to upgrade from 7.4 to 8.02.

Looks like your PVE was never successfully updated to the latest 7.4. What is the output of apt update? Does it refresh its information from the no-subscription repository without errors?
