PVE5. VM's not started and migrate when added to HA cluster

Hi. I try to make my test cluster, but I get errors and bugs only.

and other small bugs.
Now I try to config HA cluster, but when I add my test VMs in HA, I can not move (migrate) between host and even start them. But when I try to migrate, I've got message like TASK OK.

Are you using Gluster or something else as a shared storage (not clear to me)? Is your shared storage from all nodes available? Do all nodes that you want to migrate in between use the same storage and network setup?

I'm using gluster on same with proxmox nodes servers. That vol is aviable on each of nodes. I check it many times.

What are the error messages and what do your logs say?
