Everything works fine before the only I did was enabling the MSI thru the proxmox Pci passthrou Wiki

*Resolution*
The problem was with systemd not loading, didnt know what its problem was not loading on 5.4. ( i really didnt do any custom confirutations )

So I went ahead Downloaded 5.12 custom proxmox kernel from github and got it working.
