Hi,

I just wanted to upgrade my last Proxmox-Server and now it happens - nothing works more :(

I updated the Host before with "aptitude update" and "aptitude full-upgrade" plus Reboot.

The "pve-upgrade-2.3-to-3.0" Script ran but ends with Errors, see Attached "pve-upgrade.log" File.

What happens there?

I have already upgraded two servers and it worked without problems.

Is the system bootable?

I would seriously suggest that you move the VM files to other working head nodes (backup and restore is the preferred method, but i have managed to move the core configs and disk images manually to another head node).

Backup all data and do a fresh install.. and migrate the VMs back in the cluster?

Errors were encountered while processing:
openssh-server
apcupsd
apcupsd-cgi
ssh
____

install these packages manually with apt-get and run the script again. maybe also the same with storman.

you can run the script as many times as needed.

Solved.

The problem was the Adaptec maxView Storage Manager and apcupsd.

- First, I uninstalled the Storage Manager with "dpkg -r StorMan".
- Secondly I fixed the "/etc/apcupsd/apcupsd.conf", because wheezy includes a new version of apcupsd which have other UPSTYPE's.

After that, the Upgrade Script ran as it should :)

Thanks for Help!

Info:
MaxView Storage Manager -> I talked with Adaptec: Unfortunately the current Version does not work with Wheezy (Login Problem), but they are working on a solution for the next Weeks.
