PVE Node Not Booting

I tried to fix a problem where the local disk was not showing the correct size and someone deleted the /dev/sda partitions (BiOS boot, EFI, LVM). Now the system will not boot. It is part of a 3-node cluster, including a 3-node CEPH cluster. The attached screenshot is from one of the other two nodes still online. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Thanks. I am desperate.

step 1- remove the unbootable node from the cluster.
step 2- reinstall proxmox. CHANGE THE HOST NAME.
step 3- re-add the newly installed nodes to the cluster.
