PVE Failed to Boot/Rescue Boot not working

Howdie folks.
PVE failed to boot today. Tried recovery boot, emergency boot, old kernel image, usb ISO rescue boot, all hang and do not complete.

Need help getting this working if possible.

if not even booting from external device like USB is working, you should consider a hardware issue.
What is the output of the system, when it hangs, at which step does it stop booting?

Hiya. It hangs within two seconds, right around kernel loading…

Ive since determined an SSD issue. Not sure if failure yet, but yeah.

Hope you have backups. You're probably looking at RMA + reinstall, and redo networking and storage.

Look into the bkpcrit script, point it at external disk / NAS, run it nightly in cron

didnt. Mainly because I didnt want to do work at home.. But will going forward. Thanks for the list!
