Hi,

Events are not getting generated while VM properties like Modification in the amount of Memory, Number of vCPU, modification of storage capacity, and other options are changed.

For example, in the attached screenshot, modification in memory of a VM has been performed and nothing is logged in the event log down below.

We are looking for the event logs, which would tell us:
1) Who has done the change?
2) When was it done?
3) What has been done?

Thanks in advanced

The task log only shows an entry for every interaction that generates a UPID, i.e. generally that is whenever the time to completion is unknown or when something is done in the background. This interaction does not happen when you modify the config of a VM, that's why it does not show up in the task log.

1) Who has done the change?
2) When was it done?
3) What has been done?
At the moment, there is no convenient and orderly way to look up this information somewhere in the PVE GUI.
However, you can look at the API log file at /var/log/pveproxy/access.log to tell when something was changed by whom. It does not tell you in detail the changes made, though.
