[SOLVED] PVE Backup to PBS TASK WARNINGS: 1

Hello.
At one of our pve's, we have a backup shedule to pbs server.
Only this one pve, after finishing the backup, it has status: TASK WARNINGS: 1.

I have analyzed the backup log, and there is only one place with warning string at the end of the log file:

TASK WARNINGS: 1

How to check, what does cause this warning status?

please share the full backup task log as well as the excerpt from the system log/journal around the time the backup job ran.

There are few vms with SCSI MegaRaid controller, but only with this one vm WARN exists.
Any ideas?

As it says on the tin; that scsi0 disk of VMID 111 cannot support iothread as it is not a virtio disk or have a virtio-scsi-single controller.

There are few vms with SCSI MegaRaid controller, but only with this one vm WARN exists.

Probably compare the configs of the various VMs & you will spot the difference.

Backup was also OK without disabling iothread. The message you got was merely a warning that iothread is being ignored.
