PVE 9.0.beta - Backup of VM templates is not possible

It is not possible to create a backup of VM templates. Not as a vzdump and also not on a PBS.

It is not possible to create a backup of VM templates.

I can reproduce the error and it does not work in any backup mode. "untemplating" (remove template: 1 from the config) and it just backups again.

Hi, das sollte man aber mit bedacht tun. Wenn du linked clones von dem Template hast, kann das ganz schön schief gehen.

Unlikely, rather fallout from the recent rework to switch from the legacy drive to the blockdev subsystem when configuring QEMU (CC @fiona ).
