pve 8.1.2 installation failed

I have a new NUC:
cpu: N100
memory: ddr5 16G
ssd: 120G M.2 NVMe1.3 PCIe (bought 6 years ago)

I have 2 u stick to make the boot device with Etcher and rufus, but got the error below:
I have checked the SHA256 of ISO, no problem.

I've had such issues a couple of times, both were related to issues with the destination drive. Once it was a misbehaving backplane (or cables, we replaced both), the other was a funky hdd I have in a lab. Try to replace destination drive.

Check the install medium. It says the read compressed data is corrupt.

should I change u stick or ssd, or both?

Start with one thing and try again. If the problem reoccurs try the next. Change one thing at a time, that way you will know what's broken.
Personally I would start with the stick.
