I having an issue with local-lvm having a question mark and these links and commands are not working for me

in this Thread this command lvconvert --repair pve/data locks up and doesn't finish

this one adding the thin_check_option doesn't change anything

this thread leads me to the this command with this error
lvchange -an pve/data_tmeta
device-mapper: remove ioctl on (253:2) failed: Device or resource busy
Unable to deactivate pve-data_tmeta (253:2)
here is what lsblk shows

I am by far not an expert and I'm pretty sure I maybe the one doing something wrong so some steps to correct his would be great.
