It's possible migrate a VM, created in local-lvm storage, between server not in cluster.

You can create a backup and restore that on the other server.

If you want live migration you will need a cluster.

It's possible create temporally cluster with 2 Nodes?

You can if you keep in mind that you cannot join a node to a cluster that already has VMs on it to avoid having the same VM ID used for two guests.
