I use the computer as a router of my company, so I have 3 VMs in PVE, 100 is the router, running customized Linux, 101 is the gateway and audit server, running OpenWRT and 102 is used for the file server, running DSM.
When I need to reboot the server, I use the reboot button on the web console of PVE or type reboot via ssh. However, VM 101 and 102 often failed to reboot, in case the router is already stopped, I can't manage it anymore when I'm not nearby the computer. What can I do is just press the reboot button on the computer physically when I back to the company.
So, I would like to know if there's any method to force reboot even if the VMs don't respond to the stop command?
Or, is there any way to set a timeout to terminate it?
I appreciate.
