Since the PVE 5.0 upgrade I've occasionally been getting the dreaded 'aacraid: Outstanding commands on (x,x,x,x);' errors that have been crashing my server.
I've looked through every thread relating to the issue I can find, and most prove to be useless info about 'updating drivers', which I have done (although there are no Debian 9 drivers, just Debian 8 ones), and setting the AACRAID recovery timer to 46 or greater, but this has already been done by the drivers.
I'm using a fully populated Adaptec 6805E RAID controller (8 drives), and this issue has already caused some severe data corruption thanks to it occurring during data transfers.
maxView Storage Manager doesn't report any SMART errors on the drives.
