PVE 4.2 UI fails to rename Security Group

When ever trying to rename a Security Group I get this error in a popup window:

detected modified configuration - file changed by other user? Try again. (500)

leave me to mod the /etc/pve/firewall/cluster.fw manually :/
 
Weird, as I can create/add new groups just fine from the Web UI, in fact cluster.fw initially got created by the Web UI (blowing the cluster as I forgot to accept input before enabling the FW :)
 
I'm seeing this error message right now using PVE 5.1-36 on a four node cluster when trying to update an IP set (change its name or its comment):

"detected modified configuration - file changed by other user? Try again."

Did you find a reason for this or even a solution?

Updating the /etc/pve/firewall/cluster.fw file works, but is … ugly …
