putty X11 Proxy unable to connect to forwarded X server: connection refused can someone help?

Im literally trying to get it working but it doesent if im using java


I have everything worked out and even in putty i activated

if you're connecting from windows, to use x forwarding you'll need to run an x server there too (for example xming, but i haven't used this personally)
