I struggle with this a lot.

How is it ment to be done?

Here is how I try to do it:

  1. -> User Welcomelist
  2. type foreign domain or mail and click add
  3. type the Mail or domains foreign mails can be delivered. (here I cannot type or click anything I have to reload the page, using KDE plasma 6.7.3, Firefox 152.0.5)
Is this the correct way? The UI doesn't provide any confidence I am doing it the right way.

-> User Welcomelist
this is the list each "user" (which is a mail-address in one of your relay domains) can manage on their own:
https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#pmgconfig_welcomelist_overview
so you need to write/select the e-mail address of the user for who you want to add a foreign address to their welcomelist (e.g. if an admin wants to add external-address@domain.example (domain.example being an external address) to the mailbox of employee@example.com (example.com being one of the relay/internal domains - the admin writes 'employee@example.com' in the first 'E-mail' field (then the already existing entries (if any) for employee@example.com should show up and you can add new ones (or remove existing ones))

The UI is a bit terse for the admin - the user sees the same view (but with employee@example.com already hard-coded) in their quarantine interface.

I hope this explains it.
