Hello,
I’ve been running the non-subscription version of PVE (currently 8.4) for approximately eighteen months in a small office environment. I am interested in getting access to the Enterprise repo and limited technical support (e.g., Basic tier, 1 CPU socket). I am located in the USA. Can I purchase and complete the subscription agreement directly with Proxmox, or do I need to go through a US distributor/reseller? My preference is to purchase direct, particularly since the Proxmox North America site is going to be online soon.
NOTE: I have emailed Proxmox twice (office@proxmox.xom) attempting to get an answer, but never received a response.
Separately, I'd like to get guidance or an informed opinion on upgrading from PVE 8.4 to PVE 9.2, and the order of operations. Should I upgrade to v9.2 on the non-subscription repos first and then switch to the subscription repos and do an update, or should I switch to the subscription repos first, do an update on 8.4, and then do an upgrade to 9.2?
Please let me know. Thanks for your help.
