I'm sure that the Proxmox office can help you with this. You can run your servers without licenses and without losing any features in the meantime. Just don't apply upgrades (from the no-subscription repository) because the enterprise repository is always a little behind in updates (for more testing).
No need, just know that you'll be in between the two repositories for a (short) while. I don't expect any issues by some software versions being a little ahead. Eventually, and I expect sooner than later, the enterprise repository will catch up.
