public ip directly on the vm

Hello friends, my current scenario is the following: I have an interface to manage my Proxmox, which is on IP 172.27.0.41. My question is the following: can I send a public IP /31 through a VLAN directly to my Linux VM using Proxmox as a bridge or something similar?
