Hi,
ok Proxmox has rejected this mail. So far so good.
But for "WHAT" reason exactly? Where in the log can this be seen? Tracking-Log does not show more that this:

May 10 10:04:25 RZ-PMG postfix/smtpd[507603]: proxy-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE: 554 5.7.1 Rejected for policy reasons (604F3627A1C82843A0);

What's in the syslog during that time? All mails are logged in the syslog (/var/log/syslog) and the mail log (/var/log/mail.log).

Thx got it....
RZ-PMG pmg-smtp-filter[507574]: 604F3627A1C82843A0: block mail to <xxx> (rule: Block Spam (Level 10))

But this was not shown in Tracking-Center..... only part of this information was somehow "combined" to another Mail at the same time in Tracking Center.... weird.....

Thanks for letting us know.
Could you provide the complete mail log for this mail? With the complete log for that mail we should be able to reproduce it here and hopefully fix it, if that's possible.

I am sorry, but this log was already pruned due to GOBD.
Will take Screen if it happens again....

If possible, provide it as a text file.

this is not really related to the original post - so please open a new thread if necessary.

As a quick tip - it seems that you have enabled SPF checking in the mail-proxy and are sending internal mails for outside to the external port of PMG:
* configure 192.168.1.252 to relay mails to the internal port of PMG
