ProxmoxVE 2.0 console connection timed out

I have install proxmox VE 2.0. Update the system. When usesing internet explore or firefox to use the VE web interface to install VE. I get: no connection : Connection timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 100 2>/dev/null'' failed: exit code 1

Somebody have a answer?

extra information: I was trying to install Win7, Centos en WinXP

I now not what you mean. But I got a solution. I have install java 64bit. But after install 32bit and 64bit of java. It worked.
