Hi everybody,
I'm new to proxmox and try to install it on my TM F4-424 Max.
I installed 2 M.2 NVMe SSDs and want to use them as a Raid1 partition for Proxmox. Therefore i configured a ZFS Raid1 during the installation process, but proxmox can't boot. To check the boot order in the bios I called up the entry "UEFI NVME Drive BBS Priorities" , there i have the choice between 2 entries called "Linux Boot Manager", neither works. When I call up the boot menu upon boot with F12 i can select one of them and the system starts.

To me, it looks like proxmox installed itself correctly on both SSDs, but the F4-424 doesn't recognize the Raid1 it recognize 2 seperate SSDs only.

Does anybody have an idea to get this running?

Regards Pete

Well something is going wrong in the boot order. BTW I suspect it is fine if you boot off of only one of the mirrored drives. Proxmox will recognize it as a mirror after boot

I do hope you got it to work by now. But for anyone else that comes across this post.

I used a 512GB USB in the internal USB port. I had the same issues with booting. The nas would give and error trying to start the TOS install.
I removed the TOS first install moved the USB device to the top of the list and set proxmox in the boot options.

It took a little tinkering with the boot options before it booted ok.
