Proxmox with FC LUN

Hello,
My current setup is oVirt cluster with nodes connected via FC to Huawei Storage that has FC LUNs.
Each node has 2 connections to storage.

Is it possible to use same setup with Proxmox, and how stable it is? Any problems i could expect? Best practices for a setup like that?

Hi @markeczzz .
Yes, you can use the same hardware with PVE. It should be very stable, assuming there’s nothing unusual in your specific infrastructure. The best practices are essentially the same as with any FC-based setup: dual HBAs, dual paths, and dual switches. Multipath.
Generally, you should follow your SAN vendor recommendations on FC connectivity with Ubuntu/Debian/Linux.

There are quite a few discussions on this topic in the forum, so it may be worth spending some time reviewing those as well.
