Proxmox will not boot if I add Intel X520

I think I have a Bios issue.

Proxmox 5.2-5 install on Dell T630 Bios v 2.80

I installed Proxmox with the Bios Set to UEFI and Secure boot off.

Today I tried to add a X520-DA1 and it will not boot.
It gets to the image and then reboots.

I pulled it back out, but I'm not sure how to proceed.

Here's the syslog. I powered down the server around 13:20 to install the card and gave up and removed the card and fully booted the server back up around 14:25.
