Hi All,

Newer to Homelabs. However, I've been running Proxmox for probably the last few months learning everything I can. Everything was all fine throughout the day and then a couple hours ago, I went to check something on my server via GUI and I'm now getting the "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

Things to note:
  1. I haven't changed anything from the time it stopped working
  2. It worked fine this morning
  3. I have access via IPMC to the shell and can take whatever screenshots are needed
  4. In my router it's showing a status of "Off" for 192.168.1.126
  5. I'm not sure on anything firewall related but I haven't touched it since
  6. Both PVE and Daemon are actively running
  7. Unreachable when pinging it

I did "ip a | less" and learned that for some reason my "port" which was eno1 was renamed to (Look @ #2 in ip a). Next, I replace eno1 with the new name and did some restarts. I'm not seeing the errors previously. However, the WebUI is still not accessible. When I run "systemctl status networking" and it has an Active(Exited) status. I am currently trying to figure this one out.

In your "interfaces" you are configuring "eno1" - but in the first screenshot there is none. The only interface is named "enx....".

Please investigate. If "enx..." is correct then just edit "interfaces" to reflect this change.

Renamed interfaces by surprise were reported here in the forum in the context of one of the latest Kernel upgrades...

Good luck :)
