Proxmox Webinterface don't work

Hello everybody i have a problem with Proxmox.
I have installed it with this guide: http://wiki.hetzner.de/index.php/Proxmox_VE
Now i go into the browser and use the IP:8006 but then these error i become:

Fehlercode: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I have use the debug and then these message i become:

unable to create socket - IO::Socket::INET: Address already in use

Now it works with the help from the Hetzner forum.
