PROXMOX vm uanble to access outside network

Unable to access proxmox vm practice lab.
SetUp:-
Windows 7 laptop => on top that VMware workstation => proxmox 6.2 installed in vmware.

wifi router ip :- 192.168.0.1
win7 ip :- 192.168.0.2
proxmox vm ip :- 192.168.0.100

i'm able to ping proxmox from win7 laptop but same time within proxmox VM outside network is unable to access.

Does anyone have any idea why it does not work?

you might have to enable promiscuous mode for the PVE VM's network card on vmware [0]
