Proxmox VM to DreamHost VM?

I wonder if anybody has done transfer Proxmox VM to DreamHost VM?

Pls elaborate if the answer is yes.

Well..., probably you could create a "similar" VM over there and upload the disk image - at least I would expect this to be possible.

Do they have a generic "move/migrate my VM here" in their documentation?

Disclaimer: I am not a Dreamhost user; it is located in a very problematic country and I will never host there.
