Anyone can advise on this?

Thank you

Hi,
it seems like there is a left-over cloud-init disk from an older VM or operation that wasn't cleaned up properly. Please try again after removing it.

Hi,

May I know how we can remove this from our side?

Please advise.

It should be possible with pvesm free <insert your storage ID here>:vm-118-cloudinit or directly with the appropriate rbd command.
