Proxmox vm backup and Ubuntu vm timeshift on one USB HDD

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to have one USB drive (multiple partitions) to backup the VM's in Proxmox and also use the HDD as a TimeShift backup from my Ubuntu VM.

I have enough USB HDD's but one drive would occupy also only one USB port.
