Has anyone installed Proxmox Ver 8.x on an HPE Gen11 server. I have it installed but I can not get the HPE AMS (Agentless Management Service) installed so the fans are screaming at 90%. I tried following the steps provided by HPE support, but I cant even get a version from the Proxmox CLI, need this information to download the correct repository. Any help is appreciated.

Bash:
wget -O - https://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/mcp/GPG-KEY-mcp | gpg --dearmor -o /usr/share/keyrings/hpe-mcp-archive-keyring.gpg

echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/hpe-mcp-archive-keyring.gpg] http://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/mcp bookworm/current non-free" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hpe.list

then run "apt update && apt install amsd " .

It is working fine by my side.

It is working fine by my side.
After I run the wget it prompts me to enter a file name no matter what i enter as the file name it still gives me the "E: Unable to locate package asmd" error after running the apt install command.

Did you even get this worked out?

I gave up running Linux and installed windows server while only using hp parts :(.
I am getting close to making the same choice, I was really ready to try proxmox in production but its not looking good. I do have a support ticket open with HP hoping they can tell me something
