Etwas spät, aber hast du mal versucht das offloading zu deaktivieren?

apt-get install ethtool -y
ethtool -K eno1 tso off gso off

Falls das das Problem löst, kannst du es dauerhaft in der Netzwerkkonfiguration hinterlegen

# /etc/network/interfaces
iface vmbr0 inet static
    ...
    post-up /sbin/ethtool -K eno1 tso off gso off
    ...

wobei es gilt, eno1 durch deine tatsächlichen Schnittstellen zu ersetzen.
