Proxmox VE Support on Dell Precision T1700

I am a new user of Proxmox VE and want to use it in my home Lab, can Proxmox VE support on Dell Precision T1700 Hardware, what is the step to installation and configuration of Guest OS Linux & Windows.
Please let me know.

PVE7.2 is based on Debian 11.3 with the kernal based on Ubuntu 22.04. If it supports both of them it also should run PVE 7.2.
