hi i meet a problem like this
early nodes like this
once i restarted it and nodes missed like this
(after missing i add this fff)
conf also missed

So if you see your missed image in this list, you can use it for a new VM. The best way is to copy an existing VM-Config, set the right VMID (same in the image), and change the device paths to the right LVM, i mean your missed image.

Is it possible that you are running your cluster in HA mode?
