Proxmox-ve Node is not accessible from other VLAN but accessible from same VLAN resources(other Proxmox-ve nodes)

Hi Team,

i have 5 nodes proxmox-ve cluster setup in seperate VLAN, but when i take reboot any node it stopped accessing from other VLAN resources and after hours of delay it automatically started pinging but i am not sure what is causing behind this. Can anyone please suggest if there is any fine tuning setting to access the proxmox node from other VLAN resources?
But same VLAN nodes are accessible from each other once reboot it done.
