Proxmox VE integration fails

Hello,
I try to go to https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/pve-integration.html but get the following error message with the first command
create storage failed: error during cfs-locked 'file-storage_cfg' operation: store1: error fetching datastores - 500 Can't connect to localhost: 8007 (Connection refused)

What do I have to do to still be able to create the memory?

Does the user exist on PBS side? Did you type it in correctly (user@pbs)? Did you set the ssl fingerprint?
