Proxmox ve installation error on HP DL380PGen8

When I tried to boot ISO with USB through rufus with DD mode, Server not detecting the USB and keeps reboots.

I tried the same with ISO Mode, USB Detects but throwing error with testing device /dev/sdc for ISO. CTRL-D reboot

Could someone please help me on this.

Do you have an Ilo? I'd try through that.
