Looks like your nvme drive might be going bad, time to run fsck and hope for the best.

Hope you have backups

Also maybe look into if you have the latest BIOS firmware for your server

Dear kingneutron thanks for your investing but os boot and just show this message not to possible fsck commands .run ... BIOS Fireware upto date already

You can try booting the proxmox installer ISO in rescue mode, or download systemrescuecd and do fsck on /dev/mapper/pve-root from there (you may have to issue ' vgchange -a y ' first)
