Proxmox VE 8.4 and 9.0 cannot install when you have more than 1 NVME

I hope this helps someone but today I found out why Proxmox VE was not installing on 3 different systems. It was giving me an nvme or lvm error before the install completes. I had 2 or 3 NVMEs on the motherboard.

Then I removed all but 1 NVME and all of a sudden the install completed fine.

I can't imagine that Proxmox has this bug and that I am the only one who would want to install more than 1 NVME at install time.

You don't provide HW details. So your help to others is going to be limited. Take into account, many PVE users have more than one NVMe even at install time.

Your issue is probably unrelated to Proxmox specifically. Have you tried installing Debian under such conditions? Have you checked BIOS/firmware settings/updates?
