Proxmox VE 8.2-1 Install Fails Missing Perl Libraries

I seem to be stuck on a proxmox reinstallation on an existing server in our environment. Every time I go to install (console version), I get one of two missing perl library errors (see attached). I've never seen this before. Anyone got any ideas what's going on? I tried graphical installation, but that just fails immediately. TTY3 provides no useful output. USB boot disk is fine, as I've successfully used it to install proxmox already.

Have you checked the ISO to see if it is OK? [1] SHA256SUM
And there is newer ISO 8.2-2 available for download.
