Hi! Im new to proxmox and been running it for a couple of weeks now.
At first I had a bad ram stick, so it crashed like every day. Changed them to two new ones and it worked well.
But now Proxmox comes unresponsive every week or every second week.

Hardware:
Motherboard: A320M-DS2
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800x
RAM: 2x8Gb 2133MHz
GPU: GTX1070
OS disks: 850 evo 250Gb SSD x2 (Raid-Z1)
Disk for plex: Kingston 120Gb SSD
SMB mounted two unraid shares, for plex media and proxmox backup

Running only LXC:
100 Pihole
101 Docker/Portainer: Wireguard, Homepage
102 Valheim server (Not started until upgrade of ram)
103 Minecraft server (Not started until upgrade of ram)
104 Unifi controller
105 Nginx proxy manager
106 Cloudflare
107 Plex (Using the GTX1070)

Im new, so what logs do I need to check/share? And where do I locate them?

I have a monitor I can connect if that helps any for me?

At the moment Im going to setup a crontab for shutdown -r but I really want to find the problem and solve it..

Bad memory can cause all kinds of silent corruption (on disk). Did you wipe and reinstall everything (host and containers)?
Are there no clues in journalctl or on a connected physical display when it becomes unresponsive?
Maybe start replacing hardware parts to check which one might be the problem. Maybe the PSU or capacitors on the motherboard are wearing down and can't handle the long uptimes.
