Proxmox VE 7.4-3 master node has been failed - can not be resored

before failed i have created
cluster (2 nodes) with zfs
can i restore containers on node 2?

There are no master nodes in a Proxmox cluster; all nodes are equal.

Two-node clusters are problematic because if they cannot reach each other then both don't have quorum (more than half of the votes) and both stop working properly. Do you have a third vote or qdevice? Then you can continue with node 2. Otherwise you cannot recover from this issue until your restore your node 1.
 
i cant restore node 1 (master) :( (this is a notebook, and power on is failed)
zfs is live and must be replicated
i think (hope to think) live node have all containers
