Proxmox VE 7.3: CPU affinity | Needed shutdown/start???

Just to clarify (at least to me!): is it need to shutdown/start VM after change the CPU affinity?
I have tried with Win2019 and only see the change after shutdown/start VM.
I can change the CPU like from 1,2 to 0,3 without downtime, but just work after shutdown/start.
Is it normal behavior?

Yes, the CPU affinity is not hot pluggable. If you change the value you need to restart the VM for it to have an effect. Unlike the other options, it does not show the pending changes, though. But it should only be a matter of time until someone gets around to revising this.
